The natural progression of a healthy hive is to produce a swarm, but you may want your hive to produce more honey. Learn an age old effective method to stop a hive from swarming.
Join us on Saturday May 9th for a presentation of the Demaree method of swarm control. One of our own, Linwood Swett, will describe this 131 year old method and show us how he has, with slight modifications, perfected it for Maine honeybees.
Bring pencil and paper and prepare to learn something new from our most valuable natural recourse – the wealth of experience of our friends.
